I rolled in leaves before my wedding

alright - this is not appropriate - it's not even hair. I'm against these crazy "up-dos" that involve these annoying "wedding tendrils" aka wisps everywhere - and I hate these curls that take over the entire head. It looks like a head exploding.

What kind of hair do we like for a wedding? I'm thinking a simple bun without any of those weird curls.

is your hair much longer now? are "updos" even a possibility? i agree that no foliage should be worn in the hair (or glitter). there is something a real stylist can do about making a simple bun look even better by setting the hair in massive rollers ahead of time for some body. personally i like the severe, pull straight back look (think lilith, from cheers, not the fair), but i don't think it's for you.

That 'do is the PGW's infection of wedding culture.

I like a messy updo, myself. Not messy as in "I just literally rolled in the hay (or the leaves)," but messy as in a coy, elegant reference to the post-sex bun, where most of the hair is gathered up and away from the neck so the lingering post-coital glow of health can be witnessed by the enchanted lover.

    So yes: wedding tendrils.

I have a secret desire for tendrils as well as long as they don't look like peis - (I don't know how to spell that but I do like that it's one letter removed from penis).

so gena - do you like that cold case woman (show on cable) that looks disheveled all the time?

No, but mainly I don't like her face.

I'll try to come up with a picture of the messy hair I prefer.
